HTC One Max

HTC One: the appropriately-dubbed HTC One Max. Going in the opposite direction of this summer’s HTC One Mini, the Max boasts a massive 5.9″ full 1080p HD display for viewing photos, videos and movies on the go. Powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor with a quad-core 1.7 GHz CPU, the Max also features either 16GB or 32GB of onboard memory, a microSD slot for memory expansion, a 3300mAh embedded battery and 50GB of additional Google Drive online storage free of charge. Additional features include a Sense 5.5 upgrade with a refined edition of BlinkFeed, UltraPixel camera technology and a “Dual Capture” mode to use the front- and rear-facing cameras simultaneously while a major hallmark of the new smartphone is its Fingerprint Scan – a feature that allows users to lock and unlock the screen (a la the iPhone 5s) and launch up to three favorite applications by assigning an individual finger to each. The HTC One Max is set to hit Europe and Asia this month before likely dropping in the North America the following month.
