anyone who has ever served in the military, male or female, has worn dirty clothes and has gone without showering, myself included. be it real world or an excercise, the option to shower or change your clothes doesn’t really come about if shyt needs to be done in a short amount of time and needs to be done right. that also goes for brushing your teeth every night (ever had a t.i./d.i. screaming at you in the middle of the night to get up, get your ass dressed and get outside for p.t. or a drill? ever been so tired from being in the field all day that you fell asleep on your bed/cot/sleeping bag with your clothes on?). trust me, brushing your teeth after that is the last thing on your mind. and depending on your training or job (or how hungry you are or who is screaming at you) you WILL eat something that fell on the ground (myself included). the only thing i can’t remember for sure is if i ever went barefoot at the gym. as for peeing in the shower, hell yeah i did that but not while showering with others.

During a staff meeting once, refreshments were served. A co-worker literally put her cookies on the floor like there was a plate only she could see. WTF! I started to say something to her but was stopped by a friend. This chick ate 3 cookies off the damn nasty ass carpet the boss’s dogs did everything on & people walked on all day. This is las vegas and unless you have the whole water purifying set up, you really don’t want to SHOWER everyday as long as you clean the vital areas. If you sweat so hard you have salt deposits forming in your pits, washing up your vitals is a better idea. now, if you have been in a warehouse, club, bus, train, plane etc where you are exposed to a lot of industrial crap and other people’s cooties, you may want to step up the shower cycle and use a little Head and Shoulders as a body wash…I’m just saying…
