I would love her to have an adele 21 type soul album.
Working with JD, Walter Afanasieff, Big Jim Wright and Rick Rubin would be cool.

I feel you on that Walter Afanasieff collab. I know it was 20yrs ago and it’s good to do something different, but It would be great if she made a few songs with the energy of Make it Happen and Emotions, those were the days. I dont know maybe things aren’t setup for that to happen but I know her longtime fans would appreciate it. But MC never fails though whatever she does will be great

Ya, same here. Somehow her and Walter said so much and their songs together. And after becoming a mother I know their songs would speak so much to her long time fans.

A faced paced pop song would be nice too.

I’d like to see Mariah do something totally unexpected of her. She has been around so long that we know what to expect of her and she is kind of making paint by numbers music at this point. I’d like to see her try something new. That being said I’d like to see her work with someone like Skrilex.

I Also find that all of her most successful albums were the ones that every other song was a HUGE vocal performance. I think the public just wants that voice loud and strong.

She should not have any “features”. Do a “real” solo RnB album. Mariah is the last of her kind – a female artist that can actually “sing” in multiple octaves at that. The real soul singers have either passed away or are not releasing any material commercially. She needs to make a real RnB album and make a stand. It will work.
