Forgot your password?

1. click login

2. click “Lost your Password?”

3. wait for email from Global14 (if for some reason you don’t see it check your spam folder)

4. click on link in email to reset password

5. you’ll get another email with your new password use that to login

optional:
6. go to the very top menu and click “My Account” then “Settings” then “General” and change your password to something easier for you to remember
