FATHER DAUGHTER DANCE
LAST NIGHT I TOOK SHANIAH TO THE FATHER DAUGHTER DANCE AT HER SCHOOL AND I GOTTA SAY I’VE HEARD ABOUT RYAN CAMERONS BUT I NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO GO. IT WAS REALLY COOL TO SEE FATHERS BONDING WITH THERE LIL GIRLS. AS YOU CAN SEE SHANIAH IS ALMOST TALLER THAN ME THATS FUCKED UP LOL
JD she is beautiful….absolutely beautiful. And no matter her height she will always be Daddy’s little Girl! Trust that’s how we woman are with Daddies who love us!

That is too cute! We need more of this now a day’s. More parents taking out the time to do the simplest things with their kids. Your daughter will more then likely always remember you being at this dance with her. And she looks just like you. I especially love seeing Father’s spending time with their children.

PS: Sorry to go off topic here, but I wanted to pose a question. Do any of you ever think r&b will ever dominate like in did in the early 90′s to early 2000s? Will it ever become a more successful, and not adead genre. I was just watching Usher performing Cater To You to Destiny’s child when Destiny’s Child won female group of the year or something, and Babyface was there, and many other moments in the 90s where r&b was the ish…. There was sooo much good r&b back then, and you know each decade has their own genre of music, what is 2000-2010 going to be known as? POP MUSIC? DANCE/TECHNO? CLUB BANGER? HAHA. I DON’T KNOW.

Every Father needs to do this for there DAUGHTER. It will go a long way in the type of man your daughter chooses to date. If daddy has never disrespected her, or talked down to her, put his hands on her in a disrespectful way, she will never ALLOW another guy to do it to her. She will also have standards, vs falling for the first guy to say I love you. Father take your daughters out on dates, it goes a long way in their development into young women! JD you get mad applause.

AWWW…..what a beautiful picture, I love the Father/Daughter dances! Every school and church should have one every year, it’s so important for little girls to have a bond with their fathers because it IMO affects their outcome as women. JD that picture is priceless because reguardless of the material things you can give Shaniah, it’s something as simple as a school dance that will mean the most to her and she’ll carry things like this into her womanhood. I’ll never forget when I was younger my mother bought this T-shirt for me to give my daddy for Father’s Day and it read “Any man can be a father but it takes a special man to be a DADDY” and I remember thinking “why did she buy this shirt?”. Well now that I’m grown and knowing the role that my daddy played in my life…I get it now!
