I BEEN PAYING ATTENTION TO THE INTERNET AND ITS POWER FOR ALONG TIME. IF YOU REMEMBER WHEN I WAS HEAD OF URBAN MUSIC AT VIRGIN I CREATED A CONTEST WHERE JANET FANS COULD CREATE HER COVER. WHICH WAS SUPER SUCCESSFUL AS WELL AS THE FIRST OF ITS KIND. NOW WITH DONDRIA I’M PICKING UP WHERE I LEFT OFF WITH THAT. I’M SURE IF YOUR A FAN YOU’VE BEEN WONDERING WHEN THE HELL IS HE GONNA PUT OUT HER RECORD. THEY ALWAYS MAKING VIDEOS BUT I NEVER HEAR ANYTHING. I have heard the story of Dondria’s discovery and have witnessed her road to stardom. I think it is great that JD stepped out of the box to find her and others in the entertainment business should follow . Then again if I recall JD has always been a leader and never a follower. You should try to get Dondria on Youtube’s Music Tuesday JD. That’s where they highlight new music on the front page of Youtube. They featured Esmee Denters and Priscilla Renea. With Esmee, they had a live showcase of her singing 3 songs off her album and a video of Justin Timberlake introducing her. With Priscilla Renea, they did her official video for her single DollHouse, a video her singing the single live, and an introduction video to with Priscilla saying who she is and how she us Youtube.
You should change Dondria banners on her channel to show the release date and the single artwork. You should consider a Youtube campaign that I mention with big Youtubers using her track in a video. You will be the first to do it in the music industry. You can contact Youtube and they can give you of a list of people you might want to work.
I’m not affiliated with Youtube. I have just seen other companies do this like Carl Jr’s and Ford and their campaign generated about 5 million views in a month between all the Yotuubers. If I was doing marketing for Dondria’s release this is what I would do along with all the urban blog sites.
I would call in a favor from Fab and 00711 and ask them to make Dondria a trending topic on Twitter. Something like #dondriacansinglike or #dondriayourtheonesingleis on the release date JD.

I think you should have let the lifers vote for the top 3 photos to put on the cover for her cover art. People are saying that this picture is not her best look. Hhhhhmmmm. Yo Mr. JD can do something for those people like me that possess a pictorial mind ( Music Video Directors). There’s a very small outlet for talented young directors to get quality artist to showcase our skills. I’m so tired of seeing the same concept for videos it’s not an art anymore. Anybody can rent a Bentley ,grab some lady out of a club, and buy stacks of fake $$$$ from the prop store. Good Photography inspires me and a shot of rims is uninspiring. Just throwing it out there like you did w/ the Janet contest. Thanks
