@JD Why do you say that? I’m happy to see Sean do this and make this deal but if people in the music industry think Revolt is going bring back the good ole days when MTV was still showing music videos that time is over. MTV and BET and VH1 move away from music for a reason and the reason is people watch the music video they wanted and then they change the channel which is something advertisers don’t want to happen which is why they move to 30 minute reality and scripted shows. That’s why music videos are built for Youtube. They are built to be watched on demand. Mainstream media just doesn’t have the clout that it did in the past. You got The Voice and American Idol and XFactor with millions of people watching a week and outside of AI none haven’t broke a new act in recent years. I just think everything and everybody is just to into their niche now for any one outlet to be able to break a star.
