Car service app Uber has today announced the launch of Uber RUSH, a new messenger service available in the NYC area. Details magazine and fashion house Alice + Olivia are among the brands already using the service, which offers fast and reliable messenger service with the same ease with which customers can reserve a taxi or town car. It’s easy to figure out how much each delivery will cost; the app uses a flat $15 per “zone” pricing model, with additional fees for multi-stop trips.
