Bose will join the wireless streaming sound space with its SoundTouch Wi-Fi Music Systems. Comprising three standalone pieces, this ecosystem of SoundTouch units allows you to control music in multiple rooms via an app on a smartphone or tablet. The SoundTouch app integrates music from any network-linked computer, streams Pandora and Internet radio stations curated by Bose, and also supports Apple AirPlay. Six presets can be programmed and activated with a button on the system itself or via the Bose-issued remote control. The SoundTouch Controller which isn’t available yet with the initial October 10 launch also responds to finger gestures and has an OLED preset preview.

The SoundTouch 30 which will be $699 The SoundTouch 20 $399, while the SoundTouch Portable $399. Bose will also be introducing a Wave SoundTouch music system in December and more SoundTouch products come early 2014.
