Architect Frank Gehry is planning the expansion of the new headquarter offices of Facebook. The company won’t tell how much the project will cost but says it’s consistent with the local office-park norm. 83-year-old Gehry confessed that he is not a Facebook user but enjoys working with his 28 year old client and co-founder of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg. The buildings design is organised into work-group ‘neighborhoods’ with meeting rooms that could be painted with graffiti and lounges furnished with arcade-game consoles. These are only some of the possibilities Gehry and his team are working on with Zuckerberg and his collaborators. Sounds fun.
