Hot 97 in the 80s and 90s was the number 1 hip hop station hands down. Funk Master Flex was is a great dj, I saw em once at the tunnel, I was one of the best Djs in my city so I respect his legacy. He was dead as wrong for disrespecting Dame Dash like that. I know how to dj and I know business , and one thing you don’t do is go hard on a man like Dame Dash , the back bone of Jay Z and Kanye West . Djing is one thing but running a record label is another. I could see him saying that face to face or off air getting something off his chest but coming at Dame like that on Air at one of the most listen to radio station getting all personal really piss me off. You don’t do know bullshit like that man. Flex need to slap his self for that yo. Dame mite made errors but hell look how old he was , the nigga was a freaken arrogant harlem kid running a label.
