New York designer Alexander Wang has teamed up with Beats by Dr. Dre to produce a limited-edition collection featuring the Beats Studio headphones, Beats Pill portable speaker and Urbeats earbuds. Putting his signature aesthetic on the range, the products come outfitted in a minimal matte black finish contrasted with pale gold accents each housed in their own embossed glossy stingray case with zipper and clip. The clean products exude a luxe sensibility in line with Wang’s own label and will retail for $149 USD for the earbuds, $299 USD for the speakers and $449 for the headphones. A pre-sale on beatsbydre.com will be offered on December 15, with sale to the public opening a day later on both the Beats by Dr. Dre and Alexander Wang websites.
