New Balance hits the mountain again with 686 and introduces its latest limited edition Snowboarding boots for the upcoming snow season. Taking influence from New Balance’s iconic footwear, this year’s boots maintain the sneaker-like fit and comfort of the previous models with lighter materials and improved lacing systems. Our favorite of the bunch is 686’s lightest boot yet, the 1971 Speedlace (Above – $220) which is inspired by New Balance’s Minimus line and removes unnecessary weight and material while still enhancing boot performance.
