Do women want a man that can run?


Yes. Of course. Running is one of the most popular recreational sports. Hundreds of thousands of people sign up for marathons, 5km and 10km a year. For women it is great to have someone to help motivate them to be active and that they can participate in a run or a race with. If someone is there to workout with you are more likely to stick to it. Studies show that couples who exercise together have healthier, happier and longer relationships.

If you want to be a successful runner practice looking ahead and not at your feet, keep your torso upright and if you start to slouch try and take a deep breath you will naturally become taller, breath naturally, move your arms forward and back while keeping them bent at 90 degrees, keep your hands unclenched and relaxed, your legs should land underneath your body and cycle as if you are on a bike, and make sure you aren’t running ahead of your partner because women want someone that they can run with not someone that they have to chase.
