Music powerhouses Pharrell Williams and Jermaine Dupri have teamed to introduce consumers to fresh talent, Leah Labelle.
A former American Idol contestant, Leah is the daughter of Bulgarian parents that defected from the communist country for the United States. For the former Berklee College of Music student, music has been a mainstay in her life as her parents were successful Bulgarian musicians.
Labelle collaborated with Pharrell on her introduction record entitled ‘Sexify.’
“I gotta whole bunch of ways / Time heal all girl / He’ll come home girl / If you know what I mean,” sings Leah on the summery two-step tune.
