Point is, artist are creating a service in a business and people are not paying for the products.

Why can’t they just remove the websites that are enabling and promoting piracy or allow them to make a deal with the labels (like Youtube did) so that it could be another source of revenue? It’s bad enough that artist only get paid penny’s per play or sales and now they have to worry about piracy. Whatever works best for the songwriters, music producers, and record labels to benefit from for their services, then hey. All that extra stuff about blocking other websites will affect business relationships and it isn’t right. If piracy doesn’t change, then street bootleggers will be back in business or companies without a license to sale will be back in business.
If the music has value, support it. If you just love the artist, support them.
