Return to real music here. This is beautiful. I am a big fan of Tyrese. Not just Tyrese the singer and actor, but Tyrese the man. He has truly experienced a growth that is so remarkable to watch and to read about with his book, How to Get Out of Your Own Way. I absolutely love the raw realness that he exemplifies. It can not be rehearsed nor learned… he has “IT.” I know this is a post about the song Stay, but I can’t stress to you all who ended up here to listen to the song, to take time and purchase the book and read and listen to the knowledge that he shares in the book. Everyone can benefit from a “check” of themselves, and everyone knows of someone else who might need guidance in getting out of their own way, so gift the book to them! I am going to share this with my after-school program. I think my children in the program would truly relate and receive the words that he has written. I believe they will read to comprehend, not just read to read!
