  8. I like this a lot. It has a smooth head noddin’ beat. The music is pretty enough for the ladies to like it. The hook is memorable. You know the title of the song by the hook. It stays with you after the song is over. Flows are tight.

    The video makes it seem like it’s a small part of a larger story. Like a few scenes in a movie.

    Overall: 4 ears out of 5. = Worth buying.

    Christel I bet I have more stuff by JD then you, place the bet but I will check out the songs that JD produced for the project, if they are hot I will buy them.

    This song is average to say the least. Ask yourself this, if a new artist put this same record out would it get the time of day?

    Check this song out. I don’t even know these guys but I found this song on somebody’s blackplanet page and have been playing it every since. This straight underground but tell me the Fab Song is better then this? Check it out….

    You said that the song was weak and you wouldn’t buy the album but you’ll download it for free and that’s not hating? Ok cool, however you get it, you get it, but why would you post a comment on JD’s site stating that an album he was apart of isn’t worth buying but you’ll download it. At the end of the day it is what it is but I would like to think that as the dedicated Lifer you are, you would have a lil more respect for the man to post that. But what do I know I’m just a fan.

    Once again that Fab album is tight, Lifer’s check it out first then offer and opinion!

    LOL First of all get this in your head….MUSIC IS FREE!!! Let me repeat it…..MUSIC IS FREE!!! Whatever money JD is going to get from his work on the album he has already got up front. It is what it is, If it was a So So Def project I would purchase the album without question but that single is the first thing that I heard from that album and I was not impressed. This is why record sales are so low, people are not buying songs that are OK, they are downloading them for FREE, they are only buying MUST HAVE SONGS!! So is this song a OK song or a MUST HAVE song?

    Like I have said before, its no disrespect is just my opinion. I respect JD I always have, but if I don’t agree with him I tell him which is the ultimate display of respect. I wonder how much So So Def stuff have you downloaded for free? Don’t let me pull up my collection…Once again, place the bet…. But now that you got me hyped up I will check out the Fab album today, Download it first 🙂 , then purchase if it’s hot!! That’s what people do today check it out first, not just go and buy the whole album off one single like the old days!!

  13. The bottom line is All 3 of JD tracks are CRAAACCCKKK! And Fabs album peaked at #1, competition or not…it was the #1 album! And I love fab, but I bought the album based off that fact that Mr. So So Def had a hand in it! So if you SSD4Life, just go with the movement! JD you know what this is!

    Fab moved 100k units, that it pretty good concerning all that is going on. I think he has a strong solid fan base and that is what those sales represent. I think he moved the same 100k units the first week on this last album. Now that the true fans are finished purchasing now its people like me that he has to get to purchase. Let’s keep an eye on the sales. I will check out the 3 JD track today. I am still not sold.
