I agree. I didnt like Kobe either but he has come from alot (alot that he brought on himself). I would be a straight hater if I didnt give him his props. I stopped liking him and the Lakers after what they did to Shaq (after Kobe snitched on Shaq mostly) but I do think he is the best player in the league and he deserves everything he wins because he works harder than everyone else. He is the closes thing to MJ to this generation and we do need to pay homage. Now, I aint jumping on the band wagon like all those people that got of purple & gold now but I will say that he hit rock bottom and him about to be at the mountain top is special.

Kobe good, in the words of Mark Jackson, “mama there goes that man.” But with that being said he still a bitch. He cries to much. He has this impression that good defense isn’t possible, if he don’t make it there has to be a foul. At times it seems the refs have bought into this way of thinking. Lebron is just more physical on a whole and I think this is a reason why many like his style as oppose to Kobe. DWade is another guy I enjoy watching because he takes every blow like a solider. I’m not knocking Kobe’s talents, he may go down as one of the greats if not the greatest player ever but that doesn’t mean I bout to sit here and act like there aren’t other players out there that aren’t equally as good. Melo, Wade, Lebron are all players to me that deserve more praise for what they do.

I think Kobe has maintained very well. I think he’s going to restore everything he lost to the scrutiny of that rape case. I think it was really a setup and a lot of false acusations. Dudes stay ya ass out of Colorado! Kobe is the man! He did what he had to do this year and Lebron didn’t and Orlando is a rap. I wanted Kobe in Chicago but I’m ok with his decision. Overall, Kobe has the opportunity to be as great as MJ. He can win 7 or 8 titles if he wants. It’s all about that will to go for the positive aspect of things.

Personally, I love Kobe and think he is the best player in the NBA…people are always saying he’s arrogant, a whiner…whatever. The man is great and he has accomplished alot and bad mouthing him isn’t going to take any money out of his bank accounts and it’s not going to erase what he has already established in the history books…just let the man be great. I’ve been a Kobe fan since he has step’d into tha League in 96’…. I know it’s a hate him or luv him stigma when it comes Kobe & a lot of people chose tha former with justified reasons. But u just simply can’t ignore greatness. If Kobe wins another championship this year then he will most definitely cement his place in history as one of the best to ever play the game, and with a couple of more ‘ships he could arguably go down as best ever. I know everybody is on tha King James wagon now, as am I. I love LeBron’s game too but I’m a tired of the ppl try’n to compare him & Kobe. I know they’re both wing player’s & the top 2 guys in the league but LeBron has such a natural advantage (size & strength) that it’s not really fair to compare the 2. LeBron simply can do things physically that no other player in the league can. That being said if you give Kobe 2-3 more inches of height & 20-30 lbs more in weight with his current skill set it or if LeBron was 6’6-6’7, 220 and still had his current skill set I don’t think they would even be conversation about who the best would be Kobe would win by land slide. Hell Lebron has even said himself that he thought Kobe was the best player in the league. LeBron, DWade, Melo & all them guys are try’n to play catch up 2 Kobe not the other way around.
