I’m dreaming of my business being able to purchase 1.8 million dollars worth of foreclosure homes so I can let those rental properties lease that Lambo and then trade it in for a new one every year… Then in 20 years, take that appreciation of those properties and purchase more properties which will allow my business to lease another Lambo. Then when I die my kids can turn the Lambos in but will still be making enough money to live off of.. JD is right, it’s good to dream, it keeps us going.
