I like this song, agree with your A&R post, But “Q” (Quincy A. Jones) from ATL Bankhead (just like your friend, the legend) is your next $100 mil act! I just can’t make this shit up. Totally agree that this should be the easiest time to make money sellin music because of the internet.
Some executives are just too lazy or scared.. Here’s just one way to increase album sales, down loads, ring tone, concert sales, clothes by 1000%. Links from You tube videos to a web page to order them direct, and a 1-800 number. Sell that shit 24x7x365 world wide baby!!! And make the you-tube videos funny as hell, thats what they wantz thatz what we doz!

Shout out to oceans 6… I am speaking on a previous post which asked why people are not making real R&B anymore. There are a few who are still trying to do it old school but the music has to evolve. We just came out of the snap era which can be related to the kid and play era. We are now endulging in the prince, morris day, appelonia six. Everybody wants a 80’s feel. The 90s is up next but not for another year or so. All the superproducers have to push these sounds. The artists doesnt control what music is being made its based on the producers. feel. I want you to take th oppurtunity to look up a cat named FRANK MCCOMB and ldebois on youtube. these guys are making that music. Nigga need to really get out the club and take it home sometimes. When its 130 and you know you could turn into a pumpkin or go home and make love to your old lady. You should take the easier road sometimes, but dont forget to take a bottle of nuvo with you and a AFTER 7 CD. Its so bad now that rappers have sacrificed their craft to become autotune singers.
