1201 Laurel Way

THIS SHIT SO HARD !!!

This luxurious, newly built Beverly Hills property was developed by Richard Papalian and designed by Michael Palumbo in collaboration with architect Marc Whipple.  The stunning part is not only its location – on a promontory gathering views of Downtown Los Angeles and the Californian coastline – but its architecture and design. Surrounded by a “moat” that generates a modern fairytale-like architecture, the contemporary elegance of this spectacular residence can be seen throughout. Its future inhabitants will be amazed by the home’s finishing touches – for example, many pieces of art on the walls were custom-made for this modern residence. On the market for $36 million, the sleek and elegant dream home boasts 6 bedrooms and no less than 10 bathrooms.

  1. This shit dam near perfect.. Simple but still extravagant. That’s me all the way.. Good looking for another goal, gotta make this come true..

  2. Notice the furniture with white upholstery in the movie room. Man, that furniture wouldn’t last 5 minutes in our house between kids and grown-ups snacking on popcorn and soda with our movies.

  3. Very Fresh
